Native American Tribute.
No I am not Native.
Educate yourself.
Tell this day, Native's are not treated fair.
I don't want to go in depth because I could hurt feelings and possibly destroy perceptions :)

Note: All presented pictures are Natives from separate tribes and areas of the globe.

SMALL TASTE...

Navajo warrior.

Native's were given opportunities after european's stole their land to work for chump change and TRY to
gain back success within the reservation's they were put on...

Not too old of a pic. Aztec Native American Indian. Feathers can sometimes represent power within tribe.

A reservation was usually the worst of the worst land that the Natives received from the New American's. Sometimes they were delivered corn to cook or even spoiled meat. Let me tell you Native's are still on that land they were given and it is not easy to get off the land to become a
"American Working Man"

CHIEF. (random)

Arizona Native.

For trade and many other things women would spend months creating blankets, quilts, and rugs to make money or even carry on traditions.

Story Telling is HUGE in the Native ways. Every Tribe anywhere have origin stories that differ how they became on their land. The stories are usually told to the youth by a uncle or elder, this is done so the kids can carry on traditions forever. Some traditions were executed when white American's knowingly forced the youth to boarding schools. Mixing tribes, languages, and kids for a number of years Americans  thought that the Native tradition's would die.

Dancing for the moon and a solar eclipse to happen. This is not a joke, The average American would laugh because this doesn't seem realistic to them at all. The Christian religion has been built and beat into American's head since they came along. Don't judge. Do research.

Recognize this? HAHA, probably not. This is the flag to represent the American Indian Movement. The national AIM agenda focused on spirituality, leadership, and sovereignty. Thousands of volunteers emerged from reservations and cities alike, responding to the call within themselves that the time had come to take a stand against centuries of mismanaged U.S. government trust.
